Limited Warranty:
Aodhan Wheels warrants to the original purchaser that its wheels will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only when the wheels are properly installed, maintained, and used under normal road and highway driving conditions.

Warranty Coverage:
Aodhan Wheels, at its discretion, agrees to repair or replace any wheel found to be defective in materials or workmanship upon inspection, within one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. The original purchase invoice must be provided to validate the warranty claim.

Exclusions and Limitations:
Aodhan Wheels will not be responsible for transportation costs, damages, or losses caused by delays, failures, or any consequential damages arising from any cause whatsoever. Additionally, any charges incurred during the replacement of a defective product are not covered under this warranty.

The warranty is automatically void under the following conditions:

• Any alteration to the bolt pattern, offset, center bore, or structural components including disassembly, refinishing, heating, bending, cutting, or welding.
• Use of non-authorized repair services or any repair performed by anyone other than the manufacturer.
• Installation of incorrect tire sizes (stretched tires), improper inflation, vehicle overloading, misalignment, or imbalance.
• Use of clip-on wheel weights or any accessory that interferes with the wheel structure—only tape-on weights are allowed.
• Exposure to road salt, de-icing chemicals, or other corrosive substances during inclement weather.
• Use of abrasive or chemical-based cleaners, acid sprays, or coarse brushes that may damage the finish.
• Damage from potholes, curbs, road debris, off-road driving, or participation in racing activities.
• Continued use of a wheel after damage is noticed or suspected.
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches or blemishes from mounting, handling, or display use.
• Damage incurred during shipping, transit, or from accident, fire, or vandalism.
  

Warranty Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) must be obtained by contacting your Aodhan Wheels distributor. A dated proof of purchase must be included with the wheel, and the item must be shipped freight prepaid to our facility. Repair or replacement under this warranty does not include the removal or installation of any tire.

An Aodhan Wheels representative will review all warranty returns. If the returned wheel is found not to be covered by warranty, it will be returned to the sender without repair or replacement, at the sender's expense.

This limited warranty is the sole express warranty provided by Aodhan Wheels and is in lieu of all other express warranties, whether oral or written. Aodhan Wheels expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Aodhan Wheels shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Eligibility:

• Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if you're not fully satisfied.
• Items must be in their original, unused condition, and in original packaging. Avoid assembling, installing, or modifying the product.

Fitment Issues, Flaws, or Defects:

• Relevant photographs may be required to process returns for fitment issues, flaws, or defects

Inspection & Refund:

• All returns are inspected by our specialist team.
• Items must be unused, undriven, and undamaged to qualify for a refund.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, deducted from the refund.
• Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Calculations:

• Refund Amount = (Total Amount Paid - Freight Charges) - 20% Restocking Fee.
• Wheels should not have tires mounted; please test-fit wheels before mounting.

Exchanges:

• Items for exchange should be returned for a complete refund and repurchased for the new item.
• A 10% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges, deducted from the refund amount.
• Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refused Shipments:

• For orders shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, freight charges apply both ways on refused shipments.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

International Customers:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if there's a shipping error, re-shipped items won't have additional duties and taxes.
• Duties and taxes are non-refundable, except in specific cases.

Notification & Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Damage Claims:

• Contact our customer service immediately at 800-381.8761 if you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise.
• Damaged goods must be repackaged in their original packaging. We will coordinate a replacement or exchange.
