TURNAROUND TIME

Yellow Speed Racing products are built to order. If an expedited shipping method is selected at checkout, the order will receive priority manufacturing status and the package will be shipped via an expedited method. In stock items will ship within 1-2 business days. If you're needing your product quickly, please contact us to verify product availability before placing your order. Orders requiring additional verification (security concerns, incorrect information, etc.) may need additional processing time. Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change based on inventory levels and manufacturer lead times. 

TRANSIT TIMES

As all YSR products are built to order, the transit times apply to the timeframe of shipping after the manufacturing process is completed. The delivery time of your order is based on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Shipping times are an estimate of the delivery timeframe, but are not guaranteed. Most carriers consider weekdays as business days, as packages may not make progress on weekends/holidays. Transit times are estimated as follows:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Most items are available for shipment worldwide. The shipping price reflected on the website at the time of checkout may be incorrect. Please contact us for a shipping quote on the items you are looking to order to prevent delays. Taxes & Duties are only collected for U.S. shipments. Any taxes and/or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient for international shipments.

BILLING / SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Yellow Speed Racing USA requires that the billing and shipping address match for all orders. The billing address must match your payment methods address on record or your order may be delayed / cancelled. Making payment via Paypal or a financing option will allow orders that require shipping to alternate addresses. YSR requires signature delivery on all packages over $100 in value.

DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENT

You are required to inspect the box and contents of your order before signing for the package(s). If your item has signs of damage, have the courier service note the damage before signing so that we can replace any damaged components.

If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Yellow Speed Racing USA is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.

APO SHIPMENTS

Yellow Speed Racing USA can not dropship packages directly from the manufacturer to an APO box. If your order requires shipping to an APO box, additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact YSR USA for more information on shipping to a military box address. 

TARIFFS / DUTIES

YSR USA has not raised pricing on any products as a result of the new tariff laws put into place recently to keep our products as affordable as possible. If a product is shipped from our manufacturing center, there may be some duties / tariffs applicable to the purchase. Tariffs & duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the purchaser at the time of delivery.

Returns / Cancellations

YSR USA requires that prior communication is made before returning products to our facility. If you are having difficulty with a product, please email us at info@yellowspeedracingusa.com.  

• No returns or exchanges on used, partially installed or installed products.
• Shipping charges to and from Yellow Speed Racing USA are the responsibility of the retail customer.
• Expedited shipping charges are the responsibility of the retail customer.

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery pending Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns or cancellations on special order or out of stock items, including ALL big brake kits, digressive series coilovers, rally spec coilovers, drift spec coilovers or any 2-way / 3-way systems. All returns / cancellations will be charged a 20% restocking / cancellation fee, no exceptions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Item must be able to be resold as new. Items that have been modified in any way are not eligible for a refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Hazardous materials, fluids, greases, chemicals, and clothing are not able to return.

YSR Dealers: Please ensure that the package is inspected and the product is verified before opening the packaging. Please report any damage to the packaging or product to our wholesale department within 24 hours of delivery. Items that have been opened from the original packaging are ineligible for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer or discarded.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@yellowspeedracingusa.com for instructions on receiving a replacement component.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Yellow Speed Racing Warranty Terms:

All Yellow Speed Racing coilovers, air suspension kits, big brake kits and accessories are for off road use or Motorsports use only. Our products are not to be installed on vehicles that will be driven on public roadways.

The YSR USA warranty is limited to the United States and Canada. Shipping cost for warranty items is not covered under our limited warranty. 

YSR USA warranties its products to the original retail customer against defects in workmanship and material. 

 All warranty claims will be limited to product repair or replacement at YSR USA LLC's discretion and does not include reimbursement for any costs associated with labor, shipping, transportation, or loss of use. Claims will only be accepted with proof of the original invoice.

YSR products warranty is void if any of the following apply:

1. Products was purchased through a third party, not listed on the YSR USA Dealer Locator page.
2. Product was not installed by a professional installation facility. 
3. Product was purchased with custom specifications (Color, spring rates, etching, etc.)
4. Product has been modified without prior notification to YSR USA. 
5. Product was involved in a motor vehicle accident.
6. Product was installed improperly.
7. Product was used in a way other than the intended purpose of the product.

Corrosion & damage from normal wear and tear (ie. bushings, pillowball mounts, etc) are not covered under the limited warranty.

Model Specific Warranty Details:

Dynamic Pro Sport Suspension:
Each Dynamic Pro Sport shock strut made or sold by Yellow Speed Racing Co., Ltd features a 24-month limited warranty.

Pictures of the issued shock, purchase order number, shock series number and other related documentation must be provided when a customer files a claim. YELLOWSPEED RACING, USA will inspect and determine whether the products are defective before any warranty claim is made or accepted. Warranty inspection results will be based on the findings / data of the YELLOWSPEED Technician. If the shock strut with the oil leaking issue is found to be defective or to have failed under normal conditions, Yellow Speed Racing Co, Ltd. will send a replacement shock absorber at no charge to the customer, with the exception of shipping & handling fees. If the defective strut or components are asked for return to Yellow Speed Racing Co., Ltd. for inspection/examination, customers are required to cover shipping costs to Yellow Speed Racing, USA. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs for the replacement parts from Yellow Speed Racing, USA to customer’s address. During the warranty period, the loss of time, labor cost, transportation charge, commercial loss, inconvenience and loss of use of the product or vehicle is not covered.

Inverted Pro Street Coilovers:

Inverted Pro Street shock struts made or sold by Yellow Speed Racing Co., Ltd features a 12-month limited warranty.

Pictures of the issued shock, purchase order number, shock series number and other relate documentation must be provided when a customer files a claim. YELLOWSPEED RACING, USA will inspect and determine whether the products are defective before any warranty claim is made or accepted. Warranty inspection results will be based on the findings / data of the YELLOWSPEED Technician. If the shock strut with the oil leaking issue is found to be defective or to have failed under normal conditions, Yellow Speed Racing Co, Ltd. will send a replacement shock absorber at no charge to the customer, with the exception of shipping & handling fees. If the defective strut or components are asked for return to Yellow Speed Racing Co., Ltd. for inspection/examination, customers are required to cover shipping costs to Yellow Speed Racing, USA. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs for the replacement parts from Yellow Speed Racing, USA to customer’s address. During the warranty period, the loss of time, labor cost, transportation charge, commercial loss, inconvenience and loss of use of the product or vehicle is not covered.

Dynamic Pro Drift, Premium Competition, Club Performance, Pro Plus Racing, Super Low, Rally Gravel, Rally Asphalt, Advanced Pro Plus suspension kits:

1. Premium Competition, Inverted Premium Comp, Pro Plus Racing & Dynamic Pro Drift suspension kits:
Each shock strut from Premium Competition, Pro Plus Racing, Dynamic Pro Drift coilovers made or sold by Yellow Speed Racing, USA has 3-month limited warranty.

*3-month limited warranty start from the date which buyers received the item from Yellow Speed Racing Co, USA or an authorized dealer.

If a shock strut is leaking oil and the coilover’s upper mount, lower bracket, & strut don’t have any bends or are show obvious signs of unusual abuse, then Yellow Speed Racing Co., Ltd. will offer to rebuild / repair and overhaul the leaking insert/shock for customer, free of charge during the warranty period as long as customer is willing to send the defective/ broken shock back to Yellow Speed Racing Co., Ltd. Customer is required to cover shipping cost for the replacement parts from Yellow Speed to customer’s address. If coilover’s upper mount, lower bracket, or strut has any bends or is out of shape when the shock strut with the oil leaking issue is received, Yellow Speed Racing Co., Ltd will not take any responsibility or offer any warranty service for Premium Competition, Pro Plus Racing, or Dynamic Pro Drift coilovers.

2. Club Performance suspension kits:
Each shock strut from Club Performance coilovers made or sold by Yellow Speed Racing, USA has a 6-month limited warranty.

*6-month limited warranty starts from the date which the buyer received their product from Yellow Speed Racing, USA.

Warranty coverages exist under the condition that the buyer installs the Club Performance coilovers correctly and that the buyer doesn’t misuse or abuse the Club Performance coilover beyond normal suggested use. Yellow Speed Racing Co., Ltd. will offer rebuild / repair and will overhaul the leaking insert/shock for customer free of charge during the warranty period as long as the customer is willing to send the defective / broken shock back to Yellow Speed Racing Co., Ltd.. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the replacement parts from Yellow Speed Racing Co., Ltd. to customer’s address.
If buyer installs the Club Performance coilover kit incorrectly, or uses it
abnormally, or the coilovers shows signs of buyer misuse or abuse, the Club Performance coilover will have the warranty void. Yellow Speed Racing Co., Ltd will not take any responsibility or offer any warranty service for Club Performance suspension kits that have been used beyond their suggested use.

3. Super Low, Rally Gravel, and Rally Asphalt suspension kits:
Super Low, Rally Gravel, and Rally Asphalt applications are not covered under any warranty. Rebuild services are offered at Yellow Speed Racing Co., Ltd.

4. Advanced Pro Plus suspension kits:
Each shock strut from Advanced Pro Plus coilovers made or sold by Yellow Speed Racing USA has a 3-month limited warranty.

*3-month limited warranty start from the date which the buyer received their product from Yellow Speed Racing, USA.

If a shock / strut is leaking oil and has the coilover’s upper mount, lower bracket, or strut without any bends or deformity, then Yellow Speed Racing Co. will offer the service of rebuilding / repairing and will overhaul the leaking insert/shock for customer free of charge during the warranty period, as long as the customer is willing to send the defective/ broken shock back to Yellow Speed Racing Co., Ltd.. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the replacement parts from Yellow Speed Racing Co. to customer’s address.

If the coilover’s upper mount, lower bracket, or strut has any bends or is deformed when the shock / strut with the leak is received, Yellow Speed Racing Co. will not take any responsibility or offer any warranty service for Advanced Pro Plus coilovers.

If any air suspension kit, big brake kit, coilover kit, etc. has a fitment issue. YSR USA will work diligently with the customer to resolve the issue and provide proper fitting components to match the vehicle as long as the purchased product is designed for the vehicle the item was purchased for. YSR does not provide complete assemblies as replacement. Only the component(s) that do not fit properly will be replaced. Some products may require modification for proper fitment (ie. welding, cutting, drilling, etc.). YSR may require a VIN number or more information to verify the fitment of our product with the customer's vehicle. 

Yellow Speed Racing USA and authorized dealers / distributors may not be held responsible in any way for loss of time, loss of money or reimbursement for damage caused by installation or use of the purchased products.

5. Dynamic Pro Air Strut kits:

YSR air strut kits are designed to need little to no maintenance through the life of the suspension. 

YSR air struts have a 6-month warranty from the date the item is received from Yellow Speed Racing USA. This warranty covers any failures due to manufacturing defects or normal product failure and does not cover any failures due to an accident, overfilled air pressure or rubbing of the airbag onto any other component on the vehicle. Please verify clearance between the air bag assembly and any other components on the vehicle at all pressure operating ranges. 

The maximum operating psi of YSR air struts is 100psi, do not exceed the maximum psi at any time during use. 

5. Ultra Series Big Brake Kits:

12 Month Warranty against defects from date of delivery. All products sold are new and inspected to be free from defects in materials, manufacturing and workmanship at the time of shipment. Damage due to improper installation, accidents & normal wear and tear are not eligible for warranty replacement.

Big brake kits are special order, and not eligible for returns / cancellations.

During the warranty period, YSR is not responsible for loss of time, labor cost, transportation charge, commercial loss, inconvenience or loss of use of the product or vehicle.

Changes to the design of YSR brake components may happen at any time. For warranty or replacement parts, it is the responsibility of the consumer to provide accurate information about the product they purchased to ensure proper components are supplied.

YSR big brake kits are for off-road / track use only. YSR assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, damage or death caused directly or indirectly by the use of Yellow Speed Racing products.
