Upgrade your turbo setup with the JDC Titanium Exhaust Manifold Stud Kit, engineered for Mitsubishi Evolution 1–9 and 2G DSM applications. Factory exhaust manifold bolts and studs are prone to stretching, rusting, stripping, or breaking—especially when paired with aftermarket turbo systems and increased heat cycles. This can lead to exhaust leaks, poor sealing, and costly repairs.

The JDC kit replaces the OEM hardware with Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium studs, delivering superior strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability in high-heat environments. Unlike factory steel hardware, titanium will not rust or seize, making future turbo or manifold service significantly easier.

Each stud features an integrated hex key tip, allowing for precise and simple installation using an Allen wrench. This design ensures proper torque application and secure engagement into the cylinder head, providing consistent clamping force for improved exhaust manifold sealing.

Before starting a return, please make sure your item:

  • Is unused, uninstalled, and in original/protective packaging
  • Was delivered within the last 30 days
  • Is not customized, special order, or used

- Check product listings for any brand specific return policy & information.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returns within 15 days incur a 10% restocking fee, and those within 16–30 days incur 15%.
- After 30 days, returns are not accepted.
- If your order shipped free, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, unless shipping protection was purchased.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was made on our end.
- We are not responsible for damages incurred during return transit, so please package items carefully.

Does it come with a warranty?

All warranty information can be found in each individual listing. If there is no information on the listing, please feel free to email in to confirm the warranty on a product. 

 

International Orders: 

We do offer the same warranty on all international orders, but shipping is not included. You will be responsible for any shipping cost to and from us for all warranty claims.
