The Precision Raceworks BMW E9x/E8x Low Pressure Bucketed Fuel Pump Expansion Modules (Stage 3-4) are designed for customers looking to run all blends of E85. All pump options below include Genuine Walbro 450, Walbro 525, or Walbro 535 fuel pump(s) capable of flowing up to 350% more fuel than the factory fuel pump, and all options are 100% E85 compliant.
These expansion modules require customers to already own a Stage 2 or 2.5 Precision Raceworks Pump.

Stage 3.5 (6.4 liters per minute)
The Stage 3.5 pump module adds a Walbro 525 pump to your existing PR Stage 2 or 2.5 kit. This upgrade module will include all necessary hardware and wiring to upgrade your pump to Stage 3.5 or 3.75. Once combined with your existing kit, this pump combination can support up to 1,100whp* (Rated for 950whp on 100% E85).
Assembly Options
Kit Only:
Our design targets the removal of the need to send your fuel pump assembly in for modification. Following the provided instructions, the average home mechanic can easily assemble and install our kit. This means less downtime and a significant reduction in both assembly and shipping costs. Best of all, you keep your pump in the condition it was in when you pulled it from the car, with no risk of receiving a housing back that is in poor condition.
Installation is straightforward, with no guesswork on engagement and sealing of the O-ring, eliminating complications and risks associated with tightening clamps that could damage critical plastic components nearby.
While all bucketless fuel pumps flow 0.2 gpm more than a bucket design that retains the venturi, it comes at a cost. Bucketless pumps should not be driven with tanks lower than ¼ full and are not recommended for road course racing. This is a consideration for all bucket designs that delete the venturi as well. If you do not plan on road course racing (not street racing) and can maintain a ¼ tank of fuel during spirited driving, bucketless pumps can be a more economical option for you.
*To reach the advertised performance of these fuel pumps, the use of the Precision Raceworks in-tank filter regulator assembly is required.
This is a true plug-and-play solution that anyone can install in their home garage and start benefiting from immediately.
