KW V4 coilovers are a combination of our innovative, race proven technology, as well as decades of experience tuning high end sports cars, super sedans and exotics such as the R8,  RS6, BMW M5, Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 SV, Charger SRT Hellcat, Mercedes AMG GT and more. In addition to the individually adjustable ride height the KW V4 coilover kit allows an independent Adjustment -f the rebound damping as well as the low-speed and high-speed compression damping. Each KW V4 coilover kit is delivered with a vehicle-specific comfort setting and with the integrated Adjustment -controls the damping characteristics can be set quickly and intuitively transformed to an optimized performance setup. The 3-way adjustable high-performance dampers in the KW V4 coilover kits feature independent Adjustment -f the rebound damping utilizing patented TVR-A technology, as well as the low speed and high speed compression damping utilizing TVCLH-A technology. The KW V4 coilovers are based upon successful race technology utilized by multiple overall winners of the ADAC Zurich 24h Nurburgring race. The new KW V4 coilovers are exclusively developed for select high-performance vehicles, which benefit greatly from the KW suspension technology -o improve their driving dynamics.

Shipping & Returns

Product returns need to have express, written permission from us before a product can be returned. Products that have been installed on a machine, have the protective film removed, or otherwise used, cannot be returned. New product returns are subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee and loss of outbound shipping. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ship back returns. Items returned need to have your original order number on the box next to the shipping label. NP Motorsports is not responsible and cannot accept returns that are damaged during return shipping.

NP Motorsports is not responsible for theft of a delivered package. Please act accordingly when selecting a shipping location.

If packaging of any returned item is not the same as how it was shipped out, NP Motorsports is not responsible for any additional damage occurred during return shipping.

Returns are handled on a case by case basis:

  •  The Product Arrived Damaged - NP Motorsports will pay to ship the product back to our facility and ship you an undamaged product. Damaged products must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. NP Motorsports  requires pictures of damaged product to verify damage. Once damaged product has been verified, NP Motorsports will send a return label for product to be shipped back. 
  •  The Incorrect Product was Ordered - A 15% to 25% restocking fee is applied plus the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. The product must be unused with no signs of wear. We will be happy to assist you in ordering the correct product. 
  •  The Correct Product was Ordered, the customer changed their mind: A 15% to 25% restocking fee is applied plus the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to NP Motorsports. The Return address is different from shipping address, so the customer must reach out to NP Motorsports before shipping any part back. The product must be unused with no signs of wear, scratches, or debris. 
  •  The Product was used: If the product was used with any sign of wear, scratches, or dirt, we will not accept the return.

We do not accept returns after a part is used

Customers must contact us (sales@np-motorsports.com) within 30 days of the product being delivered for a return to be considered
