Refunds for Order Cancellations:

Once an order has been shipped out we won't be able to cancel it anymore. Orders cancelled prior to shipping may be subject to a cancellation fee. Customizable products that are made to order such as car covers, steering wheels, airbag covers, wheels, etc., are not cancelable after an order has been placed and confirmed.  

Refunds for Lost or Stolen Items:

We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. We do not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by our courier and are reported lost or stolen.

We take full responsibility for packages that are lost by the carrier during transit. In these cases we will replace your lost items.

Shipping

Orders are shipped either from our overseas inventory. After shipping, orders usually take 2-3 weeks to be delivered, however depending on the location it might take longer.

Customer is responsible for local VAT / import duties, if there’s any.

Once an order is shipped, we are not able to cancel it.
