Our SMD halos feature these chips installed onto a sturdy CAD-designed circuit board that easily mounts to a light housing using the pre-installed 3M adhesive tape backing. Easily control the halos with one of our easy-to-use controllers, and consider the popular ColorSHIFT®, which gives the user RGB control thanks to the 5050 tri-node LEDs that allows you to select any color imaginable.

What's the returns policy?

Important packing instructions

All returns should be re-wrapped in either the original plastic film or thoroughly wrapped it in plastic wrap (like Saran Wrap) before re-packaging inside the original box with the foam inserts.

All lenses should be covered with plastic wrap and all individual units should be wrapped and secured to prevent damage. If original foam inserts are no longer available please use other padding such as bubble wrap to prevent the product from moving in transit.

Failure to provide proper packaging will result in restocking fees.

RETURNS and Exchanges:

Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt less shipping and 10% Restocking Fee. All opened packages that are returned will have an additional $15 Repackaging Fee deducted from the refund. Please open and inspect the item as soon as you receive to avoid any problems.

Pre-Assembled Headlights and Pre-Assembled Fog Lights are not eligible for return or refund as they are custom built-to-order.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

We design ORACLE LIGHTING products to bring quality and performance to your automotive lifestyle. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen. 

Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from the day you receive your item. All items must be unused, fully intact and in the original packaging to receive a refund or to qualify for an exchange. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Authorization #. Please be sure to provide your original order number to avoid any delays in RMA process. Once receiving your RMA # please print and fill out the Return Form that will be provided to you via email. This document needs to be included with the merchandise along with a copy of your original receipt.

RETURN PROCEDURES:

Once receiving your RMA # please print and fill out the Return Form that will be provided to you via email. This document needs to be
included with the merchandise along with a copy of your original receipt. Failure to request an RMA will result in an automatic refusal of the package and Oracle Lighting will not be responsible for lost packages as a consequence of that.

ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF YOUR SHIPMENT(HOW TO HANDLE DAMAGED PACKAGES):

There is always a possibility of either internal or external damages caused by careless handling, accident, etc., during transit by
common carrier. Further, this equipment maybe damaged without any apparent visible damage to the container. As a matter of prudence, ORACLE LIGHTING insures all shipped items for at the replacement value, or as otherwise requested by distributor/customer. However, ORACLE LIGHTING must ask for your assistance in determining the cause and extent of any possible
damages:

Upon receipt of the shipment(s) and before accepting delivery, inspect the outside packaging. 

Note any damages to the package or equipment even if it involves an innocuous hole in the box, torn bubble wrap, minor-looking dent or banged-in corners.

If errors and or damage of any kind are discovered, save all the packing material and chips or pieces found in the packaging from broken equipment. Notify ORACLE LIGHTING IMMEDIATELY, so that ORACLE LIGHTING can inform the shipping company that a claim will be made. (Take pictures if possible)

ORACLE LIGHTING and/or distributors will not be able to process nor be responsible for any claims for any transportation damages, internal or external if not notified within 24 hours after delivery.

ORACLE LIGHTING will not be responsible for any missing items if not notified within TWO (2) Business Days of delivery.

ORACLE LIGHTING will not be responsible for any claims unless the above is strictly adhered to.

CUSTOM APPLICATIONS:

Custom work can not be reversed or refunded. When you ship your lights to ORACLE LIGHTING, you are authorizing us to complete the custom work as we see fit. Please call us for pricing on custom work.

Custom Built/Painted Parts:

Please allow 4-6 weeks approximately for custom painted parts, and 10-14 business days for preassembled parts. These are considered custom order parts and will ship after the estimated build time. Please note that production time may vary depending on the product and build time. We would also like to remind you that once the lights are processed with the tech this can not be canceled. As soon as tracking information is available, we will share this with you accordingly. These items are also non eligible for return after they have been received. How fast is shipping?

General SHIPPING:

Most items will be shipped within one to two business days unless out of stock. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, we will process your order on the next business day. Customers will be notified of out of stock items via email. We do our best to only list in stock items but since we do a large volume of sales we reserve the right to run out and to backorder items up to 10 working days.

*Any shipping Promotion on ORACLELIGHTS.COM only applies to the United States.

Shipping updates are emailed out automatically by our system so please check your spam folder before contacting us for a tracking #. If you have a PayPal account you can also check the tracking status by logging into your PayPal account and visiting the sale page. ORACLE LIGHTING installs and TESTS all lights before they leave our facility. A photo of the completed lights can be emailed to the client if they request so. We suggest to add insurance to expensive items and large orders.

We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the
package will be refused, and ORACLE LIGHTING will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation. Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund can be processed at request if the product is unavailable. After 30 days, returns are NOT accepted. 

FOR CUSTOMERS SHIPPING TO CANADA:

Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may
include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$ 200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.

Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Duties and taxes are not included in your order total at checkout. These fees are assessed by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

ORACLE Lighting will replace or repair any defective part free of charge once defect is confirmed. If you have an issue with any product, we will diagnose the issue with you, and you may be required to answer questions or assist in the diagnosis. ORACLE Lighting reserves the right to have the product manufacturer inspect, test, and diagnose the defective part to see if the defect was due to factory error or customer negligence.

Returned parts may be exchanged or repaired at the discretion of the manufacturer.

As with any product that deals with electronics, we recommend that the parts are installed by a trained professional. Trained professionals are defined as any certified ASE mechanic or trained automotive technician certified in car stereo or alarm installation.

We have a selection of replacement parts to provide customers with when utilizing their warranty. This does not guarantee a brand new item but a functioning part.

Please note that warranty does not cover negligence, improper installation, misuse, or normal wear-and-tear. We will replace or repair any defective part free of charge upon confirmation of the issue; customers may be required to assist with the diagnostic process. This warranty is non-transferable. Damaged, broken, or cracked products are not eligible for repair or replacement, and any modification to the product will immediately void the warranty. Please refer to product details for the warranty period details. ORACLE Lighting is not responsible for any damages to a customer’s vehicle caused by third-party installation and does not cover labor costs associated with the removal or re-installation of products. Warranty coverage is valid only for products purchased through ORACLE Lighting or its authorized dealers. Products purchased from non-authorized sellers, including unauthorized online marketplaces or third-party vendors, are not eligible for warranty protection, and all warranties shall be considered null and void. To maintain authorized dealer status, sellers must comply with all of ORACLE Lighting’s polices including its Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy. Any dealer found in violation of this policy or other policies may be reclassified as unauthorized, resulting in the loss of warranty coverage eligibility for all products sold. Dealers are responsible for providing this warranty information to customers at the point of sale.

Pre-Assembled Lights sold by ORACLE:
ORACLE Lighting builds and tests all lights before they leave our facility. A photo of the completed lights can be emailed to the client before shipping if they request so. ORACLE Lighting does not ship replacement headlights, we repair the original set of lights on which the work was completed.

Lights supplied to ORACLE for custom work:
ORACLE Lighting reserves the right to deny warranty against moisture if the factory seal is in poor condition, in this case, the customer will be notified prior to performing the customization. For more detailed information refer to the terms HERE.

ORACLE Lighting does not offer warranty on purchases made from unauthorized vendors, sellers, or companies listed on our Do Not Sell list.

When a kit or product is discontinued and still within the warranty coverage period, a substitute product will be offered by our customer service team to replace the part. If the replacement part does not fully match the rest of the functioning parts of the kit already installed, we can offer a quote and special discount to purchase the additional components as needed.

We are constantly making improvements to our product line, please note warranty only covers repairs or replacement parts for the original part purchased.

ORACLE Lighting reserves the right to make changes to its warranty policy at any time.

SHIPPING

After diagnosis and troubleshooting:

• If a product is not required to be returned, customer will only cover the shipping fee of replacement part.
• If a product is required to be returned to manufacturer for inspection or repair, customers in the lower US states will be provided with a pre-paid return shipping label to do so.
• After inspection of the merchandise, if it is found not to be defective and in working condition, customer will be responsible for return expenses of such item.
• International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including duties and taxes.

Shipping damage is the responsibility of the shipping company. If no additional insurance is purchased, the customer will be responsible to purchase a replacement of the damaged item.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?

  1. PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED
  2. PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM IN THIS LINK WITH AS MUCH DETAIL AS POSSIBLE.
  3. MISSING OR INCORRECT INFORMATION COULD CAUSE A DELAY IN PROCESSING.
  4. A PICTURE OR VIDEO MAY BE REQUIRED AS PART OF THE DIAGNOSIS TO VALIDATE WARRANTY SERVICE.
  5. AN RMA NUMBER IS NECESSARY FOR ALL RETURNED PACKAGES. UNFORTUNATELY, FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS STEP WILL RESULT IN YOUR PACKAGE BEING REFUSED / RETURNED TO SENDER.
NOTE: SENDING A PACKAGE WITHOUT A RMA # WILL CAUSE ISSUES WITH PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST.

WHAT WILL VOID MY WARRANTY?

Warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation.

Oracle Lighting will, subject to customer's compliance with the return procedures set forth below, repair or replace the hardware found not to operate in accordance with the hardware specifications, so long as customer has properly operated the hardware and used it in conformance with such specifications.

Warranty is not transferable. If the product is removed, uninstalled, transfers ownership, or is otherwise parted from its original installation, then warranty becomes void.

Oracle Lighting strives to ensure its valued customers receive the highest quality products when shopping online. As such, Oracle Lighting does not honor its money-back guarantee and warranty for sales on Amazon.com or other e-commerce platforms without valid proof of purchase from the “ORACLE” Seller Storefronts.

Broken or cracked products are not eligible for repair or replacement.

We understand that some products may be modified in the course of installation or use by the customer to suit a particular need. However, opening, disassembling, cutting, altering, extending wires, or otherwise modifying any product in a manner that compromises the functionality of the item will void the product’s warranty.

Warranty does not cover scratches, scuffs, etc. due to normal wear and tear of any product.

Flashlight Warranty Policy
Warranty Limitations: Obvious misuse, abuse, or otherwise destructive physical evidence. Damaged caused by intrusion of water or other liquid materials causing electronic failure or physical corrosion. Battery failure due to excessive heating, overcharging, or shorting. Any damage to the circuit board is NOT covered under warranty.

Waterproof Surface Mount Halo Warranty Policy
Hard part decay due to UV damage, oxidation, or environmental conditions are not covered under this stated period. "Hard Part Decay” means any damage or wear of the waterproof outer casing for these halos. This is usually caused by environmental conditions such as, sitting out in the direct sunlight or harsh road conditions and cannot be covered under warranty and is considered normal wear & tear. If there is a failure with an LED or Driver, it will still be covered under warranty.

Selling or Reselling ORACLE Lighting Product:ORACLE Lighting expressly prohibits the sale of ORACLE Lighting products on Amazon. It is also prohibited to sell ORACLE Lighting products directly to Amazon or to third-party companies with intention of reselling ORACLE Lighting product on these platforms. No dealer or reseller has authorization to attach to ORACLE Lighting listings or to create their own listings of ORACLE Lighting products on Amazon.

Violating ORACLE MAP Policy
ORACLE Lighting monitors and enforces a MAP policy for all products in conjunction with MAP Services Corp. MAP Policy Violations will also affect Warranty processes. For more information click HERE
