One of the other common modifications to a vehicleÕs suspension after springs, shocks, and strut bars are the sway bars. Sway bars help prevent a vehicle from ÒswayingÓ side to side during corners or lateral vehicle movement during high speeds. Thus many vehicle tuners increase the diameters of their stock bars with H&R Sway Bars.
H&R Sway Bars is a direct replacement of your factory sway bars and are drastically thicker than the stock bars. The bars are crafted from special steel alloy [(hr) 50CrV4 metal] in their ISO90001 certified manufacturing facility located in Germany. In addition to H&RÕs high quality manufacturing processes, the research and development of these bars is top notch. They make sure that these bars do not interfere with the factory lower control arms, track arms, sub-frames, and lower plates of all the vehicles that they go onto.
These bars range from 18 to 32mm depending on your vehicle application. They increase handling performance without having the need to lower your vehicle. Sway bars are also a perfect addition to any other modifications to the suspension because of the extra stiffness added to the linking of the two strut assemblies. Please note that some vehicles may require modifications of other suspension components with the addition of these bars and are not always compliant with all performance modifications.
