BMW has a knack for maintaining their stake as the benchmark when it comes to performance luxury vehicles, with the F8X generation being no exception. The S55 that powers the 2015-2020 BMW F8X M3, M4 and M2 Competition is dripping with technology, which includes an air-to-water intercooling system for a means of keeping cool. Where BMW's intercooling system design was enough to help bring this generation of mid-sized M's to their peak, we here at Mishimoto found some weaknesses that we felt obliged to improve on. The Mishimoto 2015-2020 BMW F8X M3/M4 Performance Intercooler Power Pack looks at strengthening the weaknesses in BMW's design starting with the charge pipes. It's a common problem with the factory plastic charge pipes to crack under pressure, or split at the seams, a less than idea situation as you pilot your M3 or M4 in any situation. We created a brand new design for the charge pipes that inspire more confidence in handling the boost pressure. Our design features a full aluminum construction, with a cast mid-section designed specifically to squeeze past the intake. Our charge pipe kit also includes a pair of matte black silicone couplers for a sleek and secure connection to the intercooler. The non-descript silver box is out and the stylish new Mishimoto Performance Air-to-Water Intercooler is in. With a stylish new look, our new design fits perfectly, both in terms of installation and aesthetic, in the M3 and M4's engine bay. The beauty is more than just skin deep too. Our improved core design features a bar-and-plate core with a 29% increase in core volume, as well as a unique single-pass coolant flow layout for optimal heat transfer. Combined with our 16% increase in flow through the core we were able to record a 12F temperature drop in intake air temperatures while testing our full Power Pack. Shipping & Returns

Product returns need to have express, written permission from us before a product can be returned. Products that have been installed on a machine, have the protective film removed, or otherwise used, cannot be returned. New product returns are subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee and loss of outbound shipping. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ship back returns. Items returned need to have your original order number on the box next to the shipping label. NP Motorsports is not responsible and cannot accept returns that are damaged during return shipping.

NP Motorsports is not responsible for theft of a delivered package. Please act accordingly when selecting a shipping location.

If packaging of any returned item is not the same as how it was shipped out, NP Motorsports is not responsible for any additional damage occurred during return shipping.

Returns are handled on a case by case basis:

  •  The Product Arrived Damaged - NP Motorsports will pay to ship the product back to our facility and ship you an undamaged product. Damaged products must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. NP Motorsports  requires pictures of damaged product to verify damage. Once damaged product has been verified, NP Motorsports will send a return label for product to be shipped back. 
  •  The Incorrect Product was Ordered - A 15% to 25% restocking fee is applied plus the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. The product must be unused with no signs of wear. We will be happy to assist you in ordering the correct product. 
  •  The Correct Product was Ordered, the customer changed their mind: A 15% to 25% restocking fee is applied plus the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to NP Motorsports. The Return address is different from shipping address, so the customer must reach out to NP Motorsports before shipping any part back. The product must be unused with no signs of wear, scratches, or debris. 
  •  The Product was used: If the product was used with any sign of wear, scratches, or dirt, we will not accept the return.

We do not accept returns after a part is used

Customers must contact us (sales@np-motorsports.com) within 30 days of the product being delivered for a return to be considered
