The JDC Titanium Engine Bay Dress-Up Hardware Kit is the ultimate titanium upgrade for your BMW G80, G81, G82, or G83 M3/M4. This is the most comprehensive titanium engine bay kit currently available on the market. This kit is designed to meticulously replace the basic factory hardware with beautiful, corrosion-proof, lightweight titanium. Every piece is CNC machined from 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium for superior strength and durability, with JDC’s signature hand-polished and anodized options that transform the look of your engine bay!

Stage 1 Kit Includes:

  • Radiator Support / Front Brace Hardware
  • Hood Latch (on frame)
  • Hood Latch Strikers (on hood)
  • Coolant Expansion Tank

  • Front Bumper Alignment Tabs

Stage 2 Kit: Includes Everything in Stage 1, Plus:

  • Fender Plastic Clip Replacement Kit (drilling required)
  • Front Bumper Plastic Clip Replacement Kit (no drilling required)

The stage 2 add-on replaces the OEM plastic clips with beautiful titanium hardware, completing the most visually striking and durable engine bay titanium hardware package on the market.

This kit also offers three custom strut brace options, making it adaptable to your setup.

Strut Brace Options:

  • Option 1: Uses the factory strut brace studs, upgraded with titanium nuts and washers.
  • Option 2: Full titanium bolt and washer replacement. Requires removal of factory strut brace studs, replacing steel with titanium for maximum weight savings and corrosion prevention.
  • Option 3: Specifically designed for the Dinan strut brace. Includes specialty titanium collar nuts with floating flush-fit washers for a perfect fitment on your Dinan strut brace. (Exclusively available at JDC!)

International Orders: 

We do offer the same warranty on all international orders, but shipping is not included. You will be responsible for any shipping cost to and from us for all warranty claims.

Returns

Return/Refund Policy

Before starting a return, please make sure your item:

  • Is unused, uninstalled, and in original/protective packaging
  • Was delivered within the last 30 days
  • Is not customized, special order, or used

- Check product listings for any brand specific return policy & information.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returns within 15 days incur a 10% restocking fee, and those within 16–30 days incur 15%.
- After 30 days, returns are not accepted.
- If your order shipped free, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, unless shipping protection was purchased.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was made on our end.
- We are not responsible for damages incurred during return transit, so please package items carefully.
