A brand-new universal tube and fin crossflow oil cooler in the "FC" type is now available from Koyorad. A unique oil cooler fitted above or below the radiator or intercooler can fit better in the center position on many modern automobiles thanks to the 23" x 4" size and shape. In major Japanese competition series including the D1 Gran Prix, D1 Lights, D1 Street Legal, Formula D Japan, MSC Challenge, and many more, Koyorad's proprietary extruded Tube and Fin Cores have demonstrated their performance. In addition to their unique aesthetics, tube and fin cores are valued for their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, great efficiency, and potential weight savings of up to 50% when compared to bar and plate coolers. Comparing Koyorad's rounded tube faces to flat-faced bar and plate cores, the latter significantly improves ambient air penetration.
