The F90 M5 & F9X M8 are truly worthy successors to the F1X platform. BMW's S63 Twin-Turbo V8 is a tried and true power plant capable of big numbers. Like most turbo engines, cranking up the boost for those big gains creates a lot more heat. Fortunately for F9X owners, CSF is here to help keep those Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) down and your power up. CSF used CFD analysis and testing to create the largest charge-air-cooler that could fit in the factory location. The custom designed Liquid-to-Air Intercooler cores are 100% larger than the factory coolers. The single piece design integrates the charge pipe creating the strongest system possible.The CSF #8178 Twin Charge-Air-Cooler Set comes with a Professional "Crinkle Black" Powder-Coated Finish. It is also available in Custom Colors & Finishes.The CSF Charge-Air-Coolers boast a nearly 100% larger core size than factory per side. This greatly increases the capacity for heat transfer from the hot charge air from your F9X's Turbos.

Shipping & Returns

Product returns need to have express, written permission from us before a product can be returned. Products that have been installed on a machine, have the protective film removed, or otherwise used, cannot be returned. New product returns are subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee and loss of outbound shipping. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ship back returns. Items returned need to have your original order number on the box next to the shipping label. NP Motorsports is not responsible and cannot accept returns that are damaged during return shipping.

NP Motorsports is not responsible for theft of a delivered package. Please act accordingly when selecting a shipping location.

If packaging of any returned item is not the same as how it was shipped out, NP Motorsports is not responsible for any additional damage occurred during return shipping.

Returns are handled on a case by case basis:

  •  The Product Arrived Damaged - NP Motorsports will pay to ship the product back to our facility and ship you an undamaged product. Damaged products must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. NP Motorsports  requires pictures of damaged product to verify damage. Once damaged product has been verified, NP Motorsports will send a return label for product to be shipped back. 
  •  The Incorrect Product was Ordered - A 15% to 25% restocking fee is applied plus the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. The product must be unused with no signs of wear. We will be happy to assist you in ordering the correct product. 
  •  The Correct Product was Ordered, the customer changed their mind: A 15% to 25% restocking fee is applied plus the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to NP Motorsports. The Return address is different from shipping address, so the customer must reach out to NP Motorsports before shipping any part back. The product must be unused with no signs of wear, scratches, or debris. 
  •  The Product was used: If the product was used with any sign of wear, scratches, or dirt, we will not accept the return.

We do not accept returns after a part is used

Customers must contact us (sales@np-motorsports.com) within 30 days of the product being delivered for a return to be considered
