At Prosport Performance Inc., we are committed to delivering your performance products quickly, efficiently, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices and procedures.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses
- Select international destinations (please contact us to confirm availability)
2. Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, delivery location, and order size/weight. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—these will be clearly stated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your package through the carrier's website using this number.
6. International Shipping
- Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by international customs authorities.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost in transit:
- Report any visible damage to the carrier at the time of delivery.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if eligible.

After 21 days of receiving your merchandise all sales are final.
All returns or exchanges must be handled immediately as we will not accept any installed returns or exchanges after 21 days.
All returns must be in brand new condition never installed otherwise no refunds will be given.
Refunds for brand new/never opened items returned within 21 days of the purchase date will be charged a 15% restocking fee & the balance credited in the same form as the original payment type.
All Prosport Products come with a 1 year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase(non-transferable).Physical damage, improper installation, and alternating the product will void all warranties. In no event will Prosport Inc. be liable for anything over the original purchase price of the product. In no event will Prosport Inc. be responsible for any labor charges. After 30 days shipping is not covered under warranty and becomes the responsibility of the customer.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. International shipping charges are not covered under our warranty policy. Please mail your package in a prepaid, traceable method to the address on our contact page. Be sure to include your full contact info including your phone # with anything you send us.
If you are sending us something to check, we will inspect gauges and senders for free. If they work to factory specs there will be a $6 fee (in the US) to ship the items back to you. International shipping rates will vary. Be sure to include your full name, address, email, phone number along with the product and the name it was ordered under. Any items left more than 90 days unclaimed are subject to disposal.
