Tariff Notice – Japan Shipments

Effective August 29, this product will be subject to a 15% tariff when imported into the United States from Japan. Any tariff charges billed will be the customer’s responsibility.

Suspension of Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment

All fitment information on our website is provided by the manufacturer. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly read the product description and confirm fitment before placing an order and proceeding with installation.

Unless specified otherwise, all suspension products are designed for 2WD vehicles only. Any notes or descriptions related to electronic damping systems (EDC, DDS, etc.) apply strictly to vehicle fitment. Aftermarket coilovers are not compatible with OEM electronic damping control systems unless explicitly stated.

Returns

Orders can be returned within 30 days of fulfillment if all rules shown below are met.

  • Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
  • Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
  • Custom products, special order products, and services are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Shipping fees and tax are non-refundable.
  • If the return of an item was caused by an error on our part, or a manufacturer's part, we will cover the shipping fees.
