We are a specialty parts provider and performance shop based out of the Washington, DC area. We have been heavily involved in the car scene of DC, Maryland, & Virginia for well over a decade, including working with the SCCA, and multiple local car clubs and our local racetracks. TruCrane Motorsports specializes in aftermarket support for BMWs but we offer services for all cars. 

At TruCrane Motorsports you'll find a level of customer service and support, beyond that of any other shop.

We have grown from selling parts and performing installations and maintenance, to also providing our own product line, TCM. TCM is the shop brand for TruCrane Motorsports. We took the same principles of our shop and applied them to our brand. That is why all TCM products have a fitment guarantee and lifetime warranty. We offer competitive pricing, to ensure you're not overpaying for a part.

We strive to provide quality products at a cost effective price. 

SHIPPING

Some items will ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. We will process your order as soon as we can, to ensure minimal delay. Please note that sometimes our inventory system may show an item in stock, while the item is out of stock with the manufacturer or distributor. Should this happen, we'll contact the manufacturer to get a best estimate of when the item will ship out and reach out to you regarding next steps. 

Please note that if the item is dropped shipped, the manufacturer may change the shipping carrier beyond our control. We will do our best to ensure you receive the same carrier and shipping time as purchased through us.

For international orders the buyer is responsible for any import duties or tariffs. This includes items shipped from abroad to you, such as KW, PTB

 Items that show delivery status as "Delivered" that are Lost or Stolen Are Customers Responsibility.

RETURNS

You must reach out to us directly for all returns. If the product is unused and uninstalled, we can offer you a refund, or exchange. Returns must be initiated within 30 days(TCM Products have 60 days) of the product being ordered. Once the return has been approved, it is up to you to pack and return the product to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in like new condition.

Fuel items: we cannot accept returns on used fuel systems. This includes, HPFP & LPFP fuel pumps, port injection rails and ethanol analyzer kits.

Please note special order items or items that are built to order, once the item is in production the order cannot be cancelled or returned. Some examples of these products are Clutch Kits, Turbo charger kits, any ApexBuilt Product. If you are unsure if your product would be a special order item, please reach out to us. Contact US 

TruCrane Motorsports(TruCrane Motorsports LLC) is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Cancellations

Cancellations on orders of $1000 paid for using Shopify Pay Installments/Affirm are subject to a 3% cancelation fee. This is due to the large order processing fee associated with these sort of payments. TruCrane Motorsports, will cover the additional fees. 

Cancellations on orders over $2000 paid for using Shop Pay, Credit Card, or PayPal are subject to a 2% cancelation fee. 


Any purchase on our website constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

WARRANTY

Terms and Conditions of TCM Products that state Lifetime Warranty on their product page. These products have a lifetime warranty against manufacture defects.

This covers things like cracks, and weld failures. 

The warranty also does not cover:

- wear items, such as replacing a filter due to age.

- It does not cover dents, scratches, or holes from road debris.

- Improper install; rubbing against something or other issues from faulty installation. 

- finishes, so if the finish wears, fades or chips off over time.

- catalytic converter blow out or damaged due to burbles/pop and crackle tunes.

 

If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately along with photos of the product, damage and the shipping box.
