RETURN POLICY:

No Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a defective product. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product to arrange for a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange due to a defective product, you must provide proof of purchase and the product must be in its original packaging.

If a product is deemed eligible for return/exchange, the customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.

Lead Times & Shipping Policy

Exhaust Systems

All AeroFlowDynamics F1, stainless steel, and titanium exhaust systems are made to order.
Production begins immediately after your order is placed.

Typical Lead Time: 4–5weeks ( unless in stock )
All exhaust system orders are FINAL SALE
No cancellations, returns, or modifications can be made once the order is submitted, as production starts right away.

CNC-Machined Items

CNC-cut aero components are produced per order and require material allocation and machine programming.

Typical Lead Time: 2–4 weeks
CNC items may be canceled within the first (5) business days
After 5 business days:Orders become FINAL SALEAny cancellation request will be subject to a restocking fee due to production preparation already in progress

Warranty

WARRANTY:

Warranty covers all defects in materials and craftsmanship over a 30-day period from purchase. Warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser/owner of the item(s). Warranty does not cover items damaged by customer misuse and or abuse. Aeroflowdynamics is NOT responsible for any and all damages caused by the improper installation of any product. Please mail sales@aeroflowdynamics.com with any questions in regards to warranty.

If the package arrived damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of when you receive the package. After the 48 hours, we will not be able to offer a refund or ship you a replacement.

All of our parts are CNC'D and created to have a 100% guaranteed fitment. Unlike ABS plastic, fiberglass etc., we use Aerospace Alum to create extremely durable parts to withstand daily use and abuse. On top of that, we also powder coat all of our products. Unlike just using paint which typically chips and fades over time, the premium powder coat protection will prevent any rusting and fading. Don't worry, we got your back. Our purpose is to provide our customers with the absolute best eye-catching products that not only promise to enhance performance, but are long-lasting as well.
