Delivery Estimates

• - U.S. continental ground transit: 1-5 days depending on UPS transit map

Shipping Costs

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will:

Damage Claims

• - Inspect packages before accepting delivery
• - Refuse visibly damaged packages

Making a Claim

To make a claim:

2. Provide your product details and describe the issue
3. Our team will guide you through the next steps, which may include inspection or repair at an authorized service center.

Return Guidelines

• - Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt
• - Products must be undamaged, complete, and in resalable condition
• - Customer pays return shipping unless a prepaid label is supplied due to AGM Error or defect.  
• - Installed or modified parts waive return rights, except for faulty parts

Refund Processing

• - Returned orders are processed in 1-2 business days. 
• - Customer returning product meeting return guidelines should see refund back on the card they used to purchase the product in 7-10 business days (this time is set by the credit card processor, not us)
