IMPORTANT
This BBK throttle body no longer requires the TPS bushing for installation due to changes we made in the machining and component bearing - It is NOT included in the kit - DO NOT USE ONE.

The BBK throttle intake is the perfect way to add horsepower & torque to your 1996-2004 Ford Mustang GT. BBK's patented Mustang throttle intake incorporates a high flow upper plenum with a 73mm throttle body combined into one unit. This makes for a perfectly smooth transition and saves you money over buying the intake plenum and throttle body separately.

Great for Naturally Aspirated Applications
Works great with naturally aspirated vehicles with basic bolt-ons. The average naturally aspirated vehicle will gain 10+ horsepower and boosted applications typically pick up even more. The 73mm diameter is large enough to make a big difference in power, but if you're planning a serious build or boost, you should consider the 78mm version.

BBK Throttle Intake starts with a CNC machined 356 aluminum casting to ensure a perfect fit on your 1996-2004 Mustang GT. Each throttle intake also features die stamped throttle linkages, double-sealed bearings and an O-ringed throttle shaft to provide smooth and reliable operation. This intake is proudly engineered and built in the USA!

Easy Installation
BBK's throttle body intake simply requires unbolting the stock unit and transferring a couple of sensors. The entire install can typically be done in 30 minutes or less and requires only basic hand tools.

This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you, the purchaser, upon BBK delivering your item/package to the carrier. BBK Performance holds no responsibility for the replacement of products or refunds for lost, stolen or damaged items incurred while in transit with the parcel carrier. BBK Performance will assist our customer in filing claims with parcel carriers in the event that your item is affected by the aforementioned scenarios.

  • We are not responsible for theft of products after delivery by shipping carriers at your requested delivery address - this includes theft by "Porch Pirates" - You will need to contact the local police department and file a homeowners / renters insurance claim.

All BBK Products Delivered by carriers offer Proof Of Deliveries (POD) to our company. These PODs include detailed data as follows:

  • The delivery address
  • A real date & time stamp.
  • Photos of the package/s left at the delivery address
  • GPS coordinates of the delivery address / location. 
  • Signatures and names of recipient (where requested)

DELIVERY TIME

We offer FREE Ground Shipping to ALL 48 US contiguous states for orders over $100 (1-6 business days - depending on state - see map below for general information)

Three Day, 2 Day and Next Day Air delivery services are available for an additional charge depending on the weight and ZIP code. Daily cut off time for same day is 12:30 PM EST. Please call for additional information and to receive shipping information and or a shipping quote: 386-624-0025

Actual shipping charges apply for ALL orders shipped to addresses outside of the continental USA, including APO addresses. You will receive a phone call or an email with these actual charges prior to the processing of your order for your approval. Customers outside of the USA are responsible to pay all export duties, broker fees, import taxes and any other fees associated with the shipment.

Returns

Products bought from BBK Performance directly have a 30 DAY return or refund policy from date of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the original sellable condition. Upon receiving your order, please open and inspect all contents. Any damages, incorrectly packaged parts, or missing components MUST be reported to BBK Performance within 48 hours of receiving to be honored.  BBK Performance will take the necessary steps within reason to correct any issues associated with orders that arrive damaged or have missing parts.

RETURN QUALIFICATIONS

After speaking with our customer service team, if a Return is to be processed, a link will be sent via email with a questionnaire form to be completed and send back along with a copy of the original proof of purchase. ALL Returns MUST have been purchased within the last 30 days and be NIB/UNUSED in original packaging to qualify.

ALL Returns require a “RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER” This must be requested directly from us before returning any BBK item

A 15% restocking fee may be applied against your total refund amount for any non-defective returned items purchased directly from BBK Performance. This includes products customers may have purchased in error or changed mind.

Returns are processed and credited back to the customer using the original payment method within 5-7 days upon the receipt of goods at our FL distribution center.  

Please NOTE: All returns for refunds must be shipped back to BBK prepaid via ground shipping. 

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY – NO SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE REFUNDED.

Warranty

All BBK Performance parts are backed by a 1-YEAR manufacturer’s warranty from the original date of purchase. An optional extended warranty is also available - giving you an additional 2 or 3 years from original date of purchase. Costs for the extended warranty option can be viewed when the item is added to your cart. The manufacturer’s warranty is based on normal use and installation of each product. 

NORMAL USE

All products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines to be eligible for a warranty. Common examples (but not limited to) of improper use and instances which would void the warranty terms:

- Bent throttle body blade caused by a nitrous backfire.
- The seal has been broken on throttle body electronics.
- Header wrap was used and caused the titanium or polished ceramic finish to capture moisture & fail.
- The product has been modified in any way.
- A catalytic converter has failed due to improper air / fuel ratios.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are not covered for product warranties – however after inspection or repair of a warranty item, ground FedEx shipping at no charge will be included to send your repaired or replacement item back to your location.

LABOR COSTS

Labor / Diagnostic / Installation costs are not covered by the terms of the BBK warranty.

Please Note:

Warranty Applies to BBK Purchased at Authorized BBK Dealers at Current BBK Pricing - Warranty will not be honored for parts purchased second hand, or used via market places such as FB market place, Ebay etc.

We do not offer refunds on any BBK products submitted for warranty – we offer a replacement of same product under warranty for original BBK product purchased, when submitted and approved. 

After Receipt Of Your RGA At Our Facility - You Must Allow 5-7 days To Process ALL Warranties and Returns/Refunds.
