Once you have placed an order through our website our warehouse is immediately notified and works hard to make sure your order is fulfilled within a timely manner. We typically require 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday, to process and ship an order. During peak season it may take up to 7 business days due to a large increase in orders. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Carrier Options
We work with multiple carriers to provide you with as many shipping options as possible for you to select from at checkout. When selecting a carrier be sure to consider any deadlines you are trying to meet before selecting a shipping option.
If you have an Urgent order please be sure you select UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air. Urgent orders need to be placed by 1pm EST to make sure they will go out same day. Keep in mind if you place and order for Next Day Air on Friday the order will not be delivered until Monday.
International Orders
We currently list USPS, UPS, and DHL as carrier options for international orders. It is important to note that USPS will only provide tracking updates on your international order while in the United States. Once the order has left the United States we ask that you wait 14 days from your last tracking update. All international shipments are shipped as FCA (Free Carrier) Incoterms.
Customs Fees
All customs fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Dress Up Bolts will not cover customs fees for any items being shipped outside the United States.
Missing Package
Once you have received tracking information from us via email and your package leaves our possession we are no longer responsible for the order. If you have a concern or issue with your package please contact the carrier you selected to file a claim with them.

Note: If you want your package covered by USPS be sure to choose Priority Shipping at checkout. First Class shipping is not protected against loss or damage through USPS.
Pre-Order Shipping Policy
Pre-Order listings are NOT ready to ship. To avoid delay in shipping please place in-stock items and pre-order items as separate orders. All items placed in the same order will ship together. Estimated production time on all pre-orders is 6-8 weeks from the date the order is placed. You will receive tracking information to your email once your pre-order items have been shipped. DO NOT place a pre-order if you need an item by a designated date, we cannot guarantee the item will arrive by your designated date. When placing a pre-order you agree to these terms.
We allow returns within 30 days from the date that your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted at our discretion after a review of your specific situation. Please contact us at sales@dressupbolts.com to review your request.

Refunds (if applicable)
Please allow our team 5 business days to inspect and process your return after it has been received. Once your return has been processed and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds - Contact your payment provider first to see when the refund should be officially posted. If the refund hasn't posted by that date contact us at sales@dressupbolts.com
Sale items - Sale items will be refunded at the sale price and not the regularly listed MSRP price.
Replacements (if applicable)
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
