With this plug & play control unit you have the ability to open or close the exhaust flaps as required. The control unit works smoothly with the series system and lets you enjoy completely new sound experiences. Of course, the effect is even stronger in combination with a sports exhaust system.

Easy installation:

The control unit arrives pre-assembled and pre-programmed including illustrated installation and operating instructions. Thus, the assembly is done easily and quickly in a short time. Per request the installation can also be carried out at our site.

Guaranteed compatibility:

The control unit integrates seamlessly into the vehicle electronics, is 100% compatible with the specified vehicle types and does not cause any errors in the vehicle electronics. Nothing has to be changed on the vehicle for installation. The device can be removed at any time without leaving any residue and is therefore also ideal for leasing vehicles. The device does not consume any quiescent current when switched off and thus does not affect the on-board electronics.

You choose the appropriate mode yourself:

Sport mode: Flap(s) permanently open with sporty and robust sound regardless of driving situation and vehicle settings
Comfort mode: Flap(s) permanently closed with discreetly restrained sound regardless of driving situation and vehicle settings
Serial mode: Controller is in passthrough mode. Allowing them to be operated by the car as if there was no controller
Freestyle mode: Flap(s) 50% open for individual sound and volume configuration

Additional features:

You later decide for yourself whether the control unit remembers the last set mode, which is then automatically reactivated the next time the engine is started or whether, for example, a certain mode should always be activated when starting the engine, regardless of the last setting.

In addition, the control unit has a special function with which the mechanical stops of the exhaust flaps are retrained. This is necessary, for example when replacing an exhaust flap or when an exhaust flap is to be installed in another exhaust system so that it then functions correctly.

DELUXE-control with the following advantage: The control system includes flap diagnostics. This means that our control system monitors the exhaust flap(s) permanently and detects if there is a malfunction (e.g. flap is jammed, sluggish, does not reach end position, ...) and reports this to the vehicle.

Shipping & Returns

Some items will ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. We will process your order as soon as we can, to ensure minimal delay. Please note that sometimes our inventory system may show an item in stock, while the item is out of stock with the manufacturer or distributor. Should this happen, we'll contact the manufacturer to get a best estimate of when the item will ship out and reach out to you regarding next steps.

Please note that if the item is dropped shipped, the manufacturer may change the shipping carrier beyond our control. We will do our best to ensure you receive the same carrier and shipping time as purchased through us.

For international orders the buyer is responsible for any import duties or tariffs. This includes items shipped from abroad to you, such as KW, PTB

Items that show delivery status as "Delivered" that are Lost or Stolen Are Customers Responsibility.

You must reach out to us directly for all returns. If the product is unused and uninstalled, we can offer you a refund, or exchange. Returns must be initiated within 30 days(TCM Products have 60 days) of the product being ordered. Once the return has been approved, it is up to you to pack and return the product to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in like new condition.

Fuel items: we cannot accept returns on used fuel systems. This includes, HPFP & LPFP fuel pumps, port injection rails and ethanol analyzer kits.

Please note special order items or items that are built to order, once the item is in production the order cannot be cancelled or returned. Cancellations

Cancellations on orders of $1000 paid for using Shopify Pay Installments/Affirm are subject to a 3% cancelation fee. This is due to the large order processing fee associated with these sort of payments. TruCrane Motorsports, will cover the additional fees.

Cancellations on orders over $2000 paid for using Shop Pay, Credit Card, or PayPal are subject to a 2% cancelation fee.

Any purchase on our website constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

Warranty

Terms and Conditions of TCM Products that state Lifetime Warranty on their product page. These products have a lifetime warranty against manufacture defects.

This covers things like cracks, and weld failures.

The warranty also does not cover:

- wear items, such as replacing a filter due to age.

- It does not cover dents, scratches, or holes from road debris.

- Improper install; rubbing against something or other issues from faulty installation.

- finishes, so if the finish wears, fades or chips off over time.

- catalytic converter blow out or damaged due to burbles/pop and crackle tunes.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately along with photos of the product, damage and the shipping box.
