Proper Lighting is very important for driving safety. If the bulb is not bright enough for long time use or the dappled shade cannot transmit the correct Light. Dim Light will affect the driver's judgment of the road condition.

Insufficient Lighting on rainy and foggy days

Vision is blurred on rainy and foggy days. If the headLight assembly cannot provide enough Light, then the driver has no way of judging the road conditions and accidents are prone to occur.


HeadLights turn yellow and crack? Our polycarbonate lenses, with good impact resistance and resistance to solar radiation, not easy to yellow and crack, can be used for a long time.	Lighthouse with high humidity inside? Our headLights are sealed and tested before leaving the factory, waterproof and dustproof.	Damaged headLight when you get it? Our shell material combines the advantages of PC and ABS, it has better impact resistance, heat resistance and toughness. Second, the anti-fall material is packed inside to reduce the damage of the product during transportation.

Installation and adjustment of the headLight assembly:

It is recommended to find a professional to make adjustments. If you want to give it a try, please check the related videos before adjusting. And keep in mind don't overtighten and blind other drivers.

In-Stock / Ready-to-Ship Items:
Some items ship out within 2–5 business days. If the product is available for immediate shipping, it will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Estimates

Once your item is complete and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We ship primarily through USPS or UPS depending on the size and destination.
Shipping timeframes (after your order is completed and shipped) usually range from 2–7 business days within the U.S. International delivery times will vary.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. NTXGlow is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
