Returns

We want to ensure that each customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you’re looking to return your Pedal Commander® Unit, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your PC Unit for a refund using the original payment method. The $9 USD processing fee will be deducted from your original purchase price, allowing us to inspect the PC Unit for resale and replenish what was used in the kit.

When returning the Pedal Commander®, the shipping is the customer's responsibility. We strongly suggest shipping with a tracking number to ensure your return is returned to us. (We can provide a return shipping label; however, $10.99 will also be deducted from your original purchase price. We can provide our International customers with a return label; however, the cost deducted from your refund will depend on the country in which you reside.)You may qualify for a partial refund if the returned product is damaged. Once we receive the product back, we will assess the conditions and notify you if the return does not qualify for a full refund.If the Pedal Commander® is not returned in its original condition, an additional Restocking Fee will be deducted from your original purchase price.

What is the Exchange Policy?

If you are looking to exchange your Pedal Commander® Unit for whatever reason, we offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order that was purchased directly from an authorized reseller or the Pedal Commander® website. You can return your product for an exchange with a different Pedal Commander® Unit at no charge, however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

We allow exchanging a Pedal Commander® Unit within the first 30 days of purchase. Please contact customerservice@pedalcommander.com to receive exchange instructions. Once the exchange request has been submitted and approved, you will receive an email with additional instructions.

All international customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange. (We can provide you a label; however, the cost will depend on the country in which you reside.)

How do I ship the items back?

Please refer to the email you received after placing a request for instructions on shipping the returned products.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Once you have submitted your return request, you will be informed if it has been approved or rejected. The return request will be processed within 2-3 business days of submitting the form.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our receiving department, you will receive a notification via email stating that your refund has been issued. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of checkout.

Will the original shipping be refunded?

The original shipping will not be refunded because the shipping label was purchased from the shipping facilities, and the package was delivered to the customer.

Shipping

Pedal Commander® orders are shipped Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST (excluding some holidays).

Handling Time

  • Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days (processing time up to 3 business days) 
  • Expedited: 2-4 business days. Orders received before 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM PST may be shipped the following business day.
  • 1-Day Shipping: 1 business day. Orders received before 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM PST may be shipped the following business day.
  • PO Boxes: Orders Shipped to P.O Box Adresses, Can be Shipped Only by USPS.

After shipping an order, you will receive an email with tracking details.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of California. Any disputes between the Parties shall be resolved in the Superior Court of the County of Ventura, State of California. In the event of any litigation between the Parties arising out of this Policy, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other its reasonable attorney's fees and reasonable costs incurred.

Warranty

Each Pedal Commander® unit comes with a 2-year product warranty* with your proof of purchase. This warranty applies to Pedal Commander® units purchased directly from an authorized reseller or the Pedal Commander® official website. Vitalen Auto Performance Inc. will repair the defective unit at no charge. If our technicians determine that the unit is not repairable, the product will be replaced with a new Pedal Commander® unit.

* Please note that the 2-year warranty is not transferable and is voided if you sell the unit or purchase it from a third party and/or an unauthorized reseller. The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, or repairs and alterations done to the unit by unauthorized individuals.
