V-Band Clamp Sizing Information: Our V-Band Clamp sizing is in reference to the intended matching tube size diameter, not the clamping range of the clamp itself. This specific V-Band Clamp is intended to be used with 2.250" ID V-Band Flanges (matching tube size: 2.250" OD) and will accept V-Band Flanges with an overall OD of 2.980".

This V-Band Clamp is a suitable replacement for, or compatible with, the following SKU:

Ace Race Parts 304 Stainless Steel V-Band Clamps feature a "Standard" T-Bolt style clamping mechanism to ensure a tight, leak-free seal. V-Band Clamps and V-Band Flanges are an affordable and durable type of clamping system that is suited for high performance automotive, diesel, marine and industrial applications. 

This specific 304 Stainless Steel V-Band Clamps is only compatible with our Aluminum, Aluminum/Stainless Combination, and Quick Release style V-Band Clamps, Flanges or Assemblies. 

Warranty

All Ace Race Parts, Inc. branded products are covered by a Limited Warranty, which applies only to defects in materials and workmanship. The specifics of this warranty may vary depending on the product or product category.

Warranty Conditions

All Ace Race Parts, Inc. products must be installed in a manner that protects the product from both external and internal physical damage and in accordance with the specific installation recommendations for each product. Ace Race Parts, Inc. is not liable for any product failure due to improper installation or handling.

Warranty Coverage

Ace Race Parts, Inc.'s sole obligation under this limited warranty is to repair or replace the defective product after inspection by an authorized representative. This warranty does not cover labor costs related to the installation or removal of the product. Ace Race Parts, Inc. will not be responsible for any expenses incurred in removing the defective product or installing the replacement product. Additionally, this limited warranty does not cover any damage to the engine, vehicle, or other parts (or any application in which the product was installed) caused by the defective product. This limited warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. No other exceptions or allowances will be made.

Warranty Coverage Periods

All Ace Race Parts, Inc. branded products are protected by a 1-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty period is calculated from the shipment date of the product and covers defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Eligibility

The limited warranty provided by Ace Race Parts, Inc. applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product, as recorded at the time of order. This warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners, third parties, or individuals who may acquire the product secondhand or indirectly.

Wholesale and Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales and Fabricated Goods

For wholesale and B2B sales, where the original purchaser incorporates Ace Race Parts products into their own finished goods, fabricated products, or custom-made items for resale, the following conditions apply:

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser (the wholesale / B2B customer). Ace Race Parts, Inc. does not extend warranty coverage to any downstream customers or end-users who purchase the finished, fabricated, or custom items containing Ace Race Parts products.
  • Any warranty claim related to an Ace Race Parts product that has been incorporated into a finished or custom-fabricated product must be submitted by the original purchaser (the wholesale / B2B customer). Ace Race Parts, Inc. will not accept or process warranty claims submitted by third parties, including the end-users of the finished or fabricated products.

This means that if you, as the B2B customer, use Ace Race Parts components in products you fabricate or modify for your own customers, any warranty claim must be handled by you directly with Ace Race Parts, Inc. We will not accept claims directly from your customers or other third parties.

To ensure eligibility for warranty claims, the original buyer’s information, including the order number, must be provided during the claim process. Warranty claims submitted by anyone other than the original purchaser will not be processed.

Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@aceraceparts.com and provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Product SKU
  • Photographs of the warranty issue

A written request for a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number is required to process any warranty claim. Products returned without a documented warranty issue and an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

Note: At the time of purchase, an internal warranty registration number is generated and linked to the specific production batch for each item. While this number is not publicly displayed, our records ensure any warranty claim will be handled appropriately and efficiently.



ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS

V-Band Clamp Disclaimer

No warranty is provided for any threaded components, including but not limited to the threaded "T-bolt" section of V-Band Clamps and T-Bolt Clamps. Ace Race Parts, Inc. V-Band Clamps come with two types of nuts:

  1. Zinc-plated metal lock nut: Designed to keep the clamp securely in place during harsh conditions (e.g., street, strip, and track).
  2. Zinc-plated non-locking hex nut: Provided for mock-up, fitment, and pre-installation where a locking nut is not required.

The non-locking hex nut will not lock in place during use, preventing damage to the threaded portion of the clamp. Due to the nature of lock nuts, Ace Race Parts, Inc. is not responsible for any damage caused to the threaded "T-bolt" section of the V-Band Clamps.

T-Bolt Clamp Disclaimer

Ace Race Parts, Inc. offers no warranty on the threaded portion of T-Bolt Clamps. These clamps are supplied with a nylon-lined locking nut (nylok nut), which locks onto the threaded portion of the clamp upon installation. It is recommended to use a non-locking nut during mock-up, fitment, and pre-installation to avoid damaging the threads.

Returns

We understand that returns are sometimes necessary, and we've structured our policy to ensure a fair and consistent process for all customers.

Note: For orders placed prior to April 24, 2025, the previous returns policy will be applied.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

New and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Ace Race Parts does not reimburse return shipping expenses for correctly shipped orders.

In the event of an error on our part—such as shipping the incorrect product—we will provide a prepaid return label and reship the correct item at no additional cost.

INELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN

  • Used, modified, or installed items
  • Damaged or visibly worn items
  • Items missing original packaging (when applicable)
  • Clearance or discontinued items
  • Orders shipped to international addresses
  • Custom-built or special order items

RESTOCKING FEE POLICY

All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, regardless of order value.
This fee will be deducted from the product refund at the time of processing.

Note: Previously, returns over $500 were subject to a 15% restocking fee—this has been reduced to 10% as part of our updated policy.

Restocking fees are applied consistently to all eligible returns to ensure a uniform and transparent process. Returns requested beyond the 30-day return window will not be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Beginning April 24, 2025, all returns must be submitted through our new self-serve returns system within your customer account. To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. In the "Email" field, enter the email address used at checkout, then click "Continue."
  3. Check your email inbox for a six-digit verification code and return to our site to enter the code.
  4. Once logged in, find the relevant order and click "Request return."
  5. If your order contains multiple items, select the item(s) you'd like to return.
  6. Choose a return reason and optionally include a note for our team.
  7. Click "Request return" to submit your return request.

RETURN PACKAGING GUIDELINES

To help ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask that all items be packaged with the same level of care in which they were received. Our products are heavy and can be easily scratched or dented if not properly protected during transit.

Because we cannot resell items that are returned with damage, products that arrive with scratches, dents, or other signs of poor packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

REFUND TIMELINE

All returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Items returned in poor condition due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Once received and inspected at our facility, refunds will be processed within one business day to the original payment method.

IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT TO ME, DO I NEED TO USE THE RETURNS CENTER?

If you receive a package with damaged or missing products, please alert the delivery driver immediately upon receipt. After notifying the driver, please contact us directly at support@aceraceparts.com with your name, email address, and order number. Please include photos of the damaged box and products to expedite your replacement. Claims for missing, damaged, or other issues must be made within three business days of receipt of shipment. Claims made after three business days will not be eligible for replacement.

WHAT IF ACE RACE PARTS INITIALLY SHIPPED ME THE INCORRECT PRODUCT?

To report an incorrect item, please contact us promptly at support@aceraceparts.com with your name, email address, order number, and a photo of the incorrect item. We will send a replacement as soon as possible and cover all required shipping costs to ensure you receive the correct item.

PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY NOTICE

The customer is responsible for verifying the compatibility of items in their shopping cart. Ace Race Parts is not liable for orders containing mismatched or incompatible products and will not refund shipping charges for such orders. For questions about product compatibility, please contact us.
