Paid Shipping: If you need your items sooner or do not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Payment for shipping is collected with the purchase and is the final price for shipping.This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Transit Time Domestically
Free shipping (U.S.): In transit for approximately 5–8 days.
Paid shipping (U.S.): Transit time varies depending on the carrier and method selected at checkout.
3.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally 8–22 days, depending on the courier and destination. A more specific estimate is available at checkout when you select your courier.
3.3 Dispatch Time Carbon Fiber Molded Covers and Stick-On Overlay Line-Up
Our Molded Cover and Stick-On Overlay Line-Up takes about 1-2 business days to process. These days are not included on the stated shipping time at checkout when choosing your shipping method. We ship these orders via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground depending on the size of your order or depending on the carrier and shipping method you choose.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a 15-20% restocking fee and shipping costs for all returned items.
Only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:
Custom made to order Parts: Production on custom orders starts within 1–2 business days of order placement or upon receipt of the required core (stock) parts being customized. Because each item is made to your exact specifications, cancellations and refunds are limited. Where feasible, Carbon Addons may issue a partial refund prorated to the stage of production; however, this is discretionary and not guaranteed. Completed and delivered custom parts are strictly non-refundable. The standard 30-day return period does not apply to these items.
Items not in original condition: This includes items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or issued as store credit within a few days.Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. All defective or damaged products must be reported within 4 days after delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at sales@carbonaddons.com or use our return center portal here.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs and restocking fees are waived for items returned for store credit or replacement.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
