How to get rid of fog or water? Please open the vent cover properly. Wait 15-30 minutes for moisture or water to dissipate. Don't forget to put the vent cap back on once the moisture is totally exhausted	When do you need a H4 relay wire harness? Dim Light power flickering headLights. Malfunctioning headLights when using high and low beams. HeadLight switch overload. Overheating plugs. For few models such as Toyota, check astro, headLight does not plug and play, need to add relay wire harness The H4 relay wire harness is not included in the package.	When do you need H4 9003 HB2 harness? If your original headLight socket is not a standard H4 socket, this H4 9003 HB2 harness will fit the bill. Especially for car models that use 7 x 6 inch, 5 x 7 inch, 4 x 6 inch LED headLights, for trucks with sealed headLights. The H4 9003 HB2 harness is not included in the package.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. NTXGlow is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
