Each cover is then given a tough black DuPont powder coat. Aluminum supports that have been machined make mounting the cover easier. These supports are black anodized for a polished appearance and corrosion resistance after the machining process. This is especially crucial in a setting like your engine bay. Hardware made of stainless steel completes the design and ensures that everything is firmly planted.
