At SE Motors, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#).
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in new condition with original packaging, parts, and documentation.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items without an RMA# or with damaged/missing components are not eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs or may choose a 20% convenience fee for a prepaid label. Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or installed items
- Items returned after 30 days
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to request a return:
- Log in to your account and navigate to the Order Status page.
- Select your order, click Return Items, and choose a reason for the return.
- Submit the request to receive your RMA# within 1-2 business days.
Note: SE Motors does not auto-generate RMA#s online.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, SE Motors will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns. Please follow the standard return process to obtain the label and RMA#.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, initiate a return using the procedure above and place a new order for quicker processing.
