OVERVIEW
The S550 Shelby Mustang features a lot of bang for the buck, but falls short on finishing components, one being the fender liner. Ford left a gaping hole in the underbody by not filling in this void. This void induces high pressure air into the underbody which would be better evacuated out of the wheel well, and thus our product was born.
Through CFD testing and on track testing, we found the units improve fender evacuation and as a result, increase downforce and decrease drag on and off track. We were able to reduce the coefficient of drag by 0.023 when combined with our Ventus 1 kit. This is a large reduction in drag for a street car!
These units are produced from abs plastic, which means OE level appearance and longevity. The products also fit and bolt on like a factory style part with minimal hand tools.
Note: Brackets must be modified if running full length jacking rails. Will also work with regular S550 chassis with slight modification.

Science:
The wheel well builds high pressure due to the tire's interaction with the air and the rate of speed the tire and wheel move at speed. This high pressure in the wheel well increases lift on the vehicle. The issue is further exacerbated when a front splitter diffuser is included in the equation, which the Shelby GT350 and GT350R both have.
By adding our Fender Evacuation Kit, which improves fender well evacuation, we are able to reduce lift and drag, which is a great thing from an aerodynamic standpoint. These units are great for track day goers as well as street enthusiasts. The fender liner kit is part of our Ventus 1 kit, which mainly reduces drag on the Shelby.
