All returns & cancellations are up to the sole discretion of IRL LLC. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the placed order. In the event the order has been packaged, and a tracking number has been created a 5% processing fee will be applied. Special order items cannot be canceled at any time once the order is processed.  A 20% restocking fee may be applicable on all authorized returns and canceled orders (special or otherwise, shipped or unshipped) in addition to any original shipping fees. All Apparel sales are final. Made-to-order, Special order, Clearance items, or Open Box parts are sold “as is” and installed non defective parts are not eligible for return or refund.

The Customer will be responsible for all Return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once an item is returned, your refund and the way your refund is issued will vary depending on the condition of the item and the overall age of the order. Your refund will be issued minus whatever fees were specified by your customer support representative.  Cancellations will be refunded in full unless noted otherwise.

In the case a refund is issued, it may take between 3-5 business days before your return is received, inspected, and processed.

International Shipping Customs & Duties

By default, the importer (customer) is responsible for any taxes or duties on the shipment and will need to be paid before delivery. This is called Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) or, more officially, Delivered At Place (DAP).

All IRL LLC products carry the Manufacturer’s warranty. IRL LLC offers a Lifetime warranty coverage for defective products unless stated otherwise to the original purchase . In the unfortunate event of any product failure, all warranty claims must be made through the product's original manufacturer or vendor.
