What items are returnable?（eligible for returns）  

• 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
•  In unused and resellable items, or defective items. 
•  In the original packaging with all the tags intact. 

What items and exceptions are non-refundable?  

• Digital Items like Tuning Credits for HP Tuners
• Gift cards. 
• Discounted items (if applicable).  

Damage, loss, or theft issues  

• If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. 
• If the purchased product is loss, or theft, Please collect evidence and contact us immediately.  

Refund solutions  

• Refund to original payment method.
• Refund to your shopify store credit.

Refund policy

The Tuner Store accepts returns on new products within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be received in their original packaging material and in a new status. Used products or customer damaged products will not be accepted. 

The Tuner Store reserves the right to apply a restocking fee to all returns. The purpose of this fee is to recover operational costs related to the purchase and the customer changing their mind.

When returns are the result of the manufacturer defect as determined by The Tuner Store, the return will not be subject to the above restocking fee. 

How soon will I get my refund?  

• After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. The refund to the store credit is immediate.
• If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@tunerstore.com.

All in-stock items are shipped on the first available business day. Most orders ship on the same or following business day. 

Out of stock items are shipped as soon as they're available. Many items are built to order. Those items will have an average lead time on the product page. 

All items on our website ship for free. However, a restocking fee equal to the shipping charges incurred by us, the seller will apply to all new condition items returned due to a customer changing their mind. 

High value items will require a signature on delivery for your purchase protection. We will only ship to the verified billing address provided with the order.
