Delivery Estimates

Order processing: 0-1 business days for in stock items

• - Same day, if ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday.
• - Next business day, if ordered after 2pm Monday- Thursday.
• - The following Monday, if ordered any time after 2pm Friday.
• - U.S. continental ground transit: 1-5 days depending on UPS transit map

International transit: 2-30 days: depending on Carrier and customs clearance.

We typically use UPS or USPS for US deliveries and DHL or USPS for international deliveries.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will:

• - Offer to ship available items and backorder the rest
• - Update you on backorder status
• - Allow you to cancel backordered items if desired

Damage Claims

• - Inspect packages before accepting delivery
• - Refuse visibly damaged packages
• - Report any damage to us immediately after receipt
• - We'll guide you through the return and replacement process no more than 1 business day after contacting us. 

Special Orders

• - Cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged
• - May experience delays beyond our control

Making a Claim

To make a claim:

1. Contact our customer service team at 760-884-8319 or email 
2. Provide your product details and describe the issue
3. Our team will guide you through the next steps, which may include inspection or repair at an authorized service center.

Return Guidelines

• - Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt
• - Products must be undamaged, complete, and in resalable condition
• - Customer pays return shipping unless a prepaid label is supplied due to AGM Error or defect.  
• - Installed or modified parts waive return rights, except for faulty parts

Refund Processing

• - Returned orders are processed in 1-2 business days. 
• - Customer returning product meeting return guidelines should see refund back on the card they used to purchase the product in 7-10 business days (this time is set by the credit card processor, not us)
