Return/Refund Policy

Before starting a return, please make sure your item:

• Is unused, uninstalled, and in original/protective packaging
  
• Was delivered within the last 30 days
  
• Is not customized, special order, or used

- Check product listings for any brand specific return policy & information.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returns within 15 days incur a 10% restocking fee, and those within 16–30 days incur 15%.
- After 30 days, returns are not accepted.
- If your order shipped free, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, unless shipping protection was purchased.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was made on our end.
- We are not responsible for damages incurred during return transit, so please package items carefully.

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability. Estimated shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please allow an average of 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped if it is an in-stock item. Custom-made or made-to-order fabricated items can take upwards of 12-18 weeks to ship, depending on the manufacturer and item ordered. If shipping times are longer than normal for a certain product we will let you know after your purchase has been made. You can always contact us before ordering to check on the shipping times if you need the item by a certain date. We ship from multiple warehouses in order to get the product to the customer as fast as possible, so occasionally your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

Each JDC Titanium part is made to order. That means we polish, brush, color, and laser-etch your parts after your order is placed. We don’t keep pre-made inventory, which allows you to choose custom colors and designs—but it also takes time. The current processing time is 10–15 business days before shipping.

All warranty information can be found in each individual listing. If there is no information on the listing, please feel free to email in to confirm the warranty on a product. 

International Orders: 

We do offer the same warranty on all international orders, but shipping is not included. You will be responsible for any shipping cost to and from us for all warranty claims.
