- U.S. continental ground transit: 1-5 days depending on UPS transit map

We typically use UPS or USPS for US deliveries and DHL or USPS for international deliveries.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will:

- Offer to ship available items and backorder the rest
- Update you on backorder status
- Allow you to cancel backordered items if desired

Damage Claims

- Inspect packages before accepting delivery
- Refuse visibly damaged packages
- Report any damage to us immediately after receipt

Making a Claim

Return Guidelines

- Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt
- Products must be undamaged, complete, and in resalable condition
- Customer pays return shipping unless a prepaid label is supplied due to AGM Error or defect.
- Installed or modified parts waive return rights, except for faulty parts

Refund Processing

- Returned orders are processed in 1-2 business days.
- Customer returning product meeting return guidelines should see refund back on the card they used to purchase the product in 7-10 business days (this time is set by the credit card processor, not us)
