Axesta Inc. owns two brands: TOMEI and R.S.E. In the Americas and Europe, it operates as TOMEI “The Engine Specialist,” while R.S.E. “Real Speed ​​Engineering” targets the Asian and Oceanian markets.

Before 2014, TOMEI was mainly developing products for Japanese market with vehicle inspection restrictions in Japan.
