At SE Motors, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#).

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be in new condition with original packaging, parts, and documentation.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Items without an RMA# or with damaged/missing components are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs or may choose a 20% convenience fee for a prepaid label. Returns are not accepted for:

• Used or installed items
• Items returned after 30 days

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to request a return:

• Log in to your account and navigate to the Order Status page.
• Select your order, click Return Items, and choose a reason for the return.
• Submit the request to receive your RMA# within 1-2 business days.

Note: SE Motors does not auto-generate RMA#s online.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, SE Motors will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns. Please follow the standard return process to obtain the label and RMA#.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, initiate a return using the procedure above and place a new order for quicker processing.

Important:SE Motors does not reimburse labor, installation, or any associated costs under any circumstances.

Tsudo Performance Limited One-Year Warranty

Tsudo Performance products are warranted against blowouts and defects in material and workmanship within ONE (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty is void if the muffler is not installed properly on the vehicle for which it is designed.

• This warranty does not apply to mufflers installed on commercial or racing vehicles, or those improperly installed, altered, misused, or damaged from accidents.
• Labor costs and any additional parts required for installation of a replacement muffler are not covered.
• Warranty claims must be pre-approved by Speed-Element Motorsports.
• FREE return shipping applies only to customers within the contiguous 48 states. All other customers must cover return shipping costs.
• Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and does not apply to secondhand items.
